Created for senior-level managers and leaders who are passionate about creating success and understanding the impact they are having in making that happen, our Inspired Leadership Development Lab uses cutting edge methodologies to effectively lead the executive agenda.
Specifically, you will:
- Participate in a five day facilitated class with 9 other mid-level leaders and two Inspired Leadership consultants to learn the framework of Inspired Leadership, utilize this model with your specific vision and organization, and to collaborate with other senior leaders to create strategies with practical application to your leadership challenges.
- Use the Inspired Leadership Inventory results and input from your key stakeholders to increase your awareness of the impact that you are having as a leader.
- Be involved in group discussions, simulations, self-reflection, and individual leadership coaching that will support you in developing a new and more focused perspective on how to move forward in your leadership.
- Learn how to utilize the awareness of your unique lenses and those of your followers to get people to start doing what you like them to be doing and to learn from the feedback in their words and their behaviors.
- Develop a more powerful and inspiring communication style.
- Move toward building sustainable professional excellence by integrating an awareness of the unique lenses that shape your behavior and the behavior of your followers and the leadership behaviors that create the conditions to advance your leadership agenda.
- Have a 60-minute individual leadership coaching session during the course of the lab. You will also have five 60-minute individual coaching sessions following the lab to support your growth and effective implementation of the Inspired Leadership Model.
- Learn to request and evaluate feedback from peers, colleagues and subordinates with a 360-degree assessment designed just for you.
