Created with new and developing leaders in mind, our Foundations for Inspired Leadership class uses proven methodologies to strengthen your leadership skills, maximize the performance of your people, and drive results that contribute to organizational success.
Specifically, you will:
- Participate in a two day class with 11 other developing leaders and two Inspired Leadership consultants to learn the framework of Inspired Leadership and begin applying it to your needs.
- Learn what your current strengths and needs are as an Inspired Leader through our Inspired Leadership Inventory report and feedback from fellow leaders in the class.
- Develop an understanding of the unique lenses that you see the world through and begin to assess those of your superiors and followers.
- Using case studies, increase your understanding of what it really looks like when an Inspired Leader is taking action using theleadership behaviors and inspired leadership approach to communication.
- Establish goals for implementing the Inspired Leadership model in your day-to-day leadership activities.
- Have a 90-minute individual leadership coaching session with one of your class leaders to refine and tailor your learnings to your specific needs in your specific organization.
