At Carpenter Smith Consulting, LLC, we believe that leadership takes many forms, including leading yourself to finding more texture, meaning and success in your career.  Integrating high level career consultation with the time tested WorkTransitions™ model, we support you in identifying what you want to offer in the workplace and what you need from the workplace to find meaning and satisfaction.

* Developing a script to teach others what is meaningful to you
* Navigating a new role with your current employer, launching a job search, or getting a new degree

To insure the best fit between our skills and your needs, we offer a discounted initial consultation.  For just under half of our normal fee, we meet to identify your hopes and needs for our work and to teach you how we would work together to satisfy those needs.  If we determine, together, that our work makes sense, we will schedule a series of meetings to move forward.

Initial Consultation:     $60 / 55 minute session
Career Consultation:  $125 / 55 minute session
